STUDENT ADMISSION PROCEDURES

Admission Policy

Hence Our Admission Policy aim is to offer admission to students of the highest
intellectual potential, well educated, productive, international minded Citizens in a diverse global Society.

Admission Procedures

•Fill an application form with all the required data (assessment fees are paid on the day of

assessment and they is non-refundable).
•Make sure to write the student’s name as written in his/her birth certificate or passport.
•An interview and an assessment will be scheduled by the Admission Office.
•A virtual school tour is available on the school official website.
•in two weeks time, the parent will receive a call from the admission
office to feedback by the assessment and interview result (in case of acceptance only), in
case of rejectionwill not be mentioned the reason.
•After Acceptance,registration fee is to be paid within one week from the acceptance call to
reserve the student’s place.
•Additionally, you may fill a bus application form in the Transportation Manager Office if
requested.

Please note:
*Required documentation should be submitted to the admission office to ensure the student’s place.

Assessment result will be based on the
following:

1. Age.
2. Assessment Score.
3. An acceptable Parents’ Interview.
4. An acceptable report from the previous school (starting primary 4) including positive comments on the studen academic level.
5. Stamped behaviarral report from the student’s previous school including positive comments on his/her behavior.

The required documents for the admission process:

Part 1:

: On the day of assessment:
•A Printed application form.
•A photocopy of the student’s computerized birth certificate.
•A photocopy of the father’s ID/passport for foreigners.
•A Photocopy of the mother’s ID/passport for foreigners.

Part 2:

Documents required after acceptance for those transferring inside Egypt:
*In case your child is transferring from a National school insid Egypt. Parent is kindly required to
present all the above mentioned documents in addition of the following:
•Original Computerized Birth Certificate.
•8 recent personal size photographs of the student.
•Original copy of the previous year school report.
•School transfer request (four original papers stamped from the Educational Zone and the four original papershild’s previous school) stating the name of the school you are transferring to (for upper grades).

•Pass statement stamped from the Educational Zone related to the previous school (for upper
grades.)
•prior Educational Sequence stamped from the previous school and the Educational Zone
related to the previous school (for upper grades.)
•stamped behaviarral report from the student’s previous school.
•Electronic transfer request from the student’s previous school.

Documents required after acceptance for those transferring inside Egypt:
*In case your child is transferring from an International school inside Egypt. You are required
to present all the above mentioned documents in addition to the following:
•Original Computerized Birth Certificate.
•8 recent personal size photographs of the student.
•Original copy of the previous year school report.
•Original International Certificate.

Part 3:

Additional documents required for those transferring from abroad:
In case your child is transferring from a school outside of Egypt. Parent is requested to present all the documents
mentioned in part 1 in addition to the following:
•Original computerized Birth Certificate.
•A photocopy of the student’s passport.
•8 recent personal size photographs of the student.
•prior Educational Sequence must be stamped first from the Ministry of Education of the origin country and then
to be authorized from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (documentation office) and The Egyptian Consulate Outside.
•previous year school report must be stamped first from the Ministry of Education of the origin country and then to
be authorized from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (documentation office) and The Egyptian Consulate Outside.
•Obtaining an admission letter (Enrollment request) from the Ministry of Education (Department of Private
Education) for Egyptian and foreign Students.
•Filling a form in the Educational Zone for the students transferring from abroad.
The parent should present all the above-mentioned documents as requested, otherwise his son/daughter wilnot be
considered registered in Leaders national school.
